Capital Management Services,LP they claim i owe over 5000$ for a school loan in 1992 and i never went to school in that year. Buffalo New York

i was notified from capital management services (cms)on feb. 05, 2009 that i owed over 5000 dollars for a school or vocational facility loan that i took out in 1992. they told me that if i sent thm twenty percent of the balance due, which came to 700 dollars and change, that the account would be processed as paid. if not they would report me, or mess up my credit. the problem is that i never went to school that year and was actually incarcerated in prison or around that time while i as liveing in oregon. when i recieved this notice i first thought that maybe i possibly defaulted on a loan in my past, but when i looked up the company cms on the internet i was automatically refered to this website. that made me wonder so i called cms and spoke to a gentaleman and he told me about the school loan , i supposedly defaulted on.
