Received a letter from Clearing & Forwarding Center with a check enclosed for $4,980.00. Letter instructs me that I have won 1.25 MILLION and the check is a portion of my winnings. Says I will be using some money on this first check to pay for the applicable taxes on "my" $125 000 USD. Further instructs that I am not to attempt to use this check until I contact my claim agent Mr. Kevin Adams at 1-905-781-0847 for further clarifications and instructions on claiming my winning. The check has been issued from Texas Capital Bank, Hill Country, TX 88-2517/1149, Routing number 114925178 with an account of 8000189. Check number is 35336. Check owner is J & S Visual Inc., 3373 Towerwood Drive, Dallas, TX 75234.
