Global Clearance Inc. PHONY CANADIAN LOTTERY RIP OFF London, United Kingdom

These people send a check for 4,450.00 along with a letter saying final notice.  The return address at the top is 67 King Edward Drive Edmonton Canada T3U 4H6 tel-1 604 729 5049.  They say you won 125,000 and this is a partial check.  They want you to first call them, then go cash the check at your bank and western union them 3,400.00 for taxes on the 125,000 that you won, which they say they will have couriered to you. 

The check I received is written on JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. 6040 Tarbell Road Syracuse, NY 13206  The name of the company on the check is TIAA-CREF P.O. Box 1281 Charlotte, NC 28201.  The numbers on the bottom of the check are: 000001591 (check number) and 021309379 601879281.  I can't make out the signature.

I am reporting this to the US Postal Svc as a mail fraud case.
