I was sent a letter from Jim Morris @ Nationwide Financial services in Nova Scotia Canada telling me i won $450,000. There was a check for 4800 dollars to pay off taxes in the amount of 3650. I was told to send a money gram to Debra Bailey,401 Harvard St. Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada. I believe this is a scam. Any sweepstakes will not ask you to pay anything until after you win.
