Company will not produce a finished logo or refund credit card. After numerous contacts the

a person named "Tim" seemingly is the owner artist, customer service rep, etc.
"Tim" will not return emails or phone calls.

This is our Third project with logobee with the first two projects yielding very satisfactory results. Something has changed with logobee for them to treat a customer this way. Especially a three time customer.

We contacted a national magazine that logobee advertises with and they had 1 similar experience as well.

Obviously calling our credit card company will rectify the matter but buyer should beware to avoid the wasted time and inconvenience.
