Lone Star Subscription,Inc. Took 100.00 and The Salesman was very rude!! Aubrey Texas

Me and my mom had just moved into our new apartment not even a month when we had a gentleman come knocking on our door.

His name was Brandon Sheriw.When I answered the door he immediatley came on in without even being asked to.I thought that was kinda rude.

Anyways,he told us that he was selling these magazine's and talked us into buying 2 different subscription's.One for me and one for my mom.

I bought Gourmet magazine and she bought House and Garden.At the time he talked us into giving him cash.I don't remember exactly what all of that conversation was.

He told us it was going to be 48.00 per subscription.So we owed him 96.00.All we had was a 100.00 bill and then he said he did not have change ..

While he was here he seen that I had a glass of wine sitting on my coffee table and he asked if he could taste it. I poured him a little bit in a glass.Then he wanted to know if he could bum a cigarette.So I gave him one.

At this point I was ready for him to leave.Me and my mom were trying to cook dinner prior to his showing up.

Then he asked to use our bathroom.So we let him.I had not paid attention to the glass of wine that I had sitting on the table but I did notice that after he FIANLLY left that I guess at some point when me and mom left him alone for a second he decided to take it upon himself and finish off my glass for me.

Very nice hugh? Anways when he was in our home he kept trying to say flirtatious things to us I guess to butter us up for the sale.

Anyways needless to say it is now June 29,2008 and we have yet to see any magazine's.All I have are 2 receipts that he wrote out to us showing that we purchased them and gave him cash.

I can not believe that we were stupid enough to give him 100.00 cash and get scammed like this.

I tried to get a phone number for this company LLC but nothing online but information about scams.

I hope that someone puts a stop to this company trying to scam everyone and I have learend my lesson that I will not buy magazine's from someone selling them door to door again.
