MGR Solutions applied for gov grant sent $438 and was approved/no response since Jan/ July2007 Houston Texas

I applied for gov. grant on internet in December 2006. I was contacted by a James Biggs from MGR. HE said that I was approved for 68,900 for a business grant.

He said that he would mail me some papers that I had to initial all the pages and then sign the last page.and then mail the money order for the amount of $438.00 priority mail with a tracking number.

He said that I would receive a pamplet that I would have to fill out with what I planned on using the money on with an itemized list.Then you had to send it back priority mail with a tracking number too.

Then he said that they would call and let me know the status of my grant. I didn't hear anything so I called them finally and after two weeks I got a hold of them and they said it was still pending.

Finally months later I called back again and and they told me that the status was at 98 percent and that I would receive a call on May 25 2007 and they didn't call.

And I still haven't heard a thing and every time I call all I get is an answering machine eveytime I call.
