Opportunities Unlimited Publications, Inc send scam-mail to people's homes about winning of big money, but asking to send a $20 Can as registration fee North Kansas City Montana Canada

These looking officially documents I received at the same day as American Sweepstakes Publishers scam. They write that I'll definitely receive a large bank cheque and get ny grand prize $11,380.00 Can. also they write about some Double Money Back Quarantee, so total the sum comes to $22,780.00 Can in the Money Motion III Prize competition.

They ask to answer qualifying question and submit $20 Can (or $15 USA) as a registration fee. Of course, you have to return the papers within next 5 days.

The name of this "document" is "Declaration of Decision" whhich "nominates" (my name, correct address)... But they can name it every time differently.
They are from Kansas city, and you will never find them online (only rop off reports), but they still exist... The address on an envelope and document is different, I wouldn't be surprised if such street didn't exist at all. But any way, the p.o. box exists and they get cheques from their victims.

No one real seepstakes asks for the fee for some registration.

My winning number in American Sweepstakes Publishers and in Opportunities Unlimited Publications (it's unlimited of sure - they publish so much scam...) are almost the same, only 2 last digits are different (60 and 58).
They come from different cities, but it all the same.
