Sent letter with check in the amount of $4875.00, saying we needed to Western Union $2,875.00 to be paid directly to the tax agent. . They tell you that this is the First Check is for the payment of applicable Government taxes on your big winnings. But because of the Insurance bond policy coverage, the taxes have to be paid upfront. The letter is from ontario, the check is from Savannah Ga
