Pure Energy Products Charge supposed to be $4.95. Charged 89.95 Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I ordered Colon Cleanse trial on line and was supposed to be charged $4.95. My card was never charged $4.95 it was charged $89.95 I called and the rip off agent and she told me the fine print said, "if you didn't call within 5 days you would be charged more." I didn't receive it the product. I have been charged for something I didn't receive. When I called it was so sad, but here is the number to our legal dept. It doesn't sound very legal.

I live in Michigan and know there is a strict rule about selling in our state. I am going to get the papers to file a claim from Lansing and see if I can help put these people out of business. They should be investigated.
