This Friday, I opened my door to go to work and found several packages at my feet.  I became concerned right away, since I am a single female who must be very careful about compromised information.  Women are vulnerable.

I looked on the packages sent from Puremeds, and the first name of a man and my last name were on them.  They were also displaying my address.   The central theme of the products was male enhancement - something irrelevant to me since I lack the appropriate genitalia.

I looked online and noticed a plethora of scam reports for this company that was a stranger to me before Friday.  Upon the suggestion of my local FBI, I spent Saturday afternoon changing credit card numbers.  This is more than just an inconvenience.  Along with the FBI and fellow victims, I intend to close the doors of these sorry scam artists.

I have checked for pending charges, and so far, there is nothing suspicious, but like the FBI agent said, someone's credit was compromised, even if it wasn't mine.

I will spend Monday afternoon at my local FBI office and filing a claim of fraud with USPS.

Hello Bethlyn,

As we have already told you via email, we are sorry to hear about your issue.  We know, without a doubt, that you were not billed by us.  Somebody ONLY used your address to earn credit for a fraud order. We informed you to simply do nothing and dispose of the bottles you received.  I am sorry for any time that you wasted on this,  but as we have stated numerous times now, you were not charged, you were not required to do anything.  We answered every you wrote within 2hrs of receiving it.  We have been polite and understanding with the situation and have offered to help in any way possible.
