Sprectra Financial Benefits ripoff, stole $249.00 from bank account, Not Known For Sure All Lies Champlain New York

A man phone operator called me to say said he was responding to a credit card I applied for. It was interest free for the first 3 years and with a starting credit line of $2,000.00. All he needed was the $249.00 application fee. When he had all of my personal information I didn't catch on that this was a scam.

He transfered me to a woman operator to take the final bank information. She also told me part of this deal was that I would automatically be enrolled onto the Protell Free Phone Call program, which would be free for the first month. I tried to refuse but was given a phone number to opt. out within the time frame. I did receive the Protell phone package in the mail at which time I called and cancelled.

Well it has been two weeks since Spectra took my money and no mastercard, I tried calling the number but no such number. I called my bank and they are going to investigate for all of the info on the transaction was false. It's the same as all of the others, (a phone number with password 3333 and press 1 and enter code 2640814) one thing though the number on the check is a working number right now (1-416-280-8504, John) but of course only voicemail. I did leave messages to call me. I did get ahold of Dan at Payment Resources International, I told him the phone number 866-202-5077 was a non working number, he put me on hold and said he called the number and got through but they were closed because of the East coast time frame, I was calling from hawaii, I am suppose to call him back tomorrow, His number is 949-729-1400 you have to make up a good title for yourself to get through, I told the operator I was his Doctor and got right through to him, I need to check my notes from work to get his full name.I will list later.
