They claimed my winnings was $98,00 US& they sent me a check to cover "Non-Resident Govt. Service Tax" payable to tax agent Nora Kaufman.

My phone contact was Tony Akin, 778-862-4486 ( a prepaid cellphone issused in British Columbia ).

At he bottom of the letter, it listed Cindy Allen as the Promotional Manager.

The check was written against State Trust Inc. through Southwest Bank in Texas, 76133-2024.

I was to deposit the check at my bank, then call tony back & get a PIN number to unlock the check for cashing. Then obtain a Western Union MoneyGram payable to my tax agent Nora Kaufman, 527 82nd Ave. Suite 29 Winnipeg, MB R2B 3B8, Canada.

My winnings will then be delivered by Certified check via a special courier company.

I searched the addresses & phone numbers & they either, did not exist or were untraceable.

I currently reside in Winnipeg Manitoba and the address you were provided is fake (as you previously stated). Winnipeg does not use numbered streets, just named ones (e.g. elm street, etc.).
