This company sent me a letter stating I am the winners in the COMPENSATION DRAW organized for paticiant of second category lottery in conjuction with the SWEEPSTAKES ASSOCIATION OF NORTH AMERICA.

This entiled me to the sum of US$250,000 Payable by CERTIFIED CHECK, and will be delievered by courier(FedEX or UPS);Claims agent Jim Brown.

Enclosed is a check of $4,700.00; use to pay the Non Resident Goverment Service Tax (GST);payable to your tax agent by MONEYGRAM. (tax agent information; MERINA RICE 396 19th Avenue, St. John NF Canda
States tax amount is $3700.00

I will keep this checK in the amount of US$4700.00 to be used by attorneys, law officials for furture action.
