I RECEIVED A LETTER AND A CHECK FROM THEM AND PNC BANK FOR $6,550.00 TELLING ME I WAS A $100,000.00 WINNER AND SHOULD CASH THAT CHECK AND CALL THEM WHEN IT CLEARED AND THEY WOULD SEND ME THE REST. I WAS VERY LEARY ABOUT THE WHOLE THING SO I TOOK IT TO MY BANK WHICH CONFIRMED IT WAS A FRAUD AND PEOPLE CASH THEM EVERY DAY AND THEN ARE LIABLE FOR THE MONEY WHEN IT BOUNCED. I TRIED TO BE SMART ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. THIS IS A CRUEL JOKE ESPECIALLY FOR SOMEONE WHO IS STRUGGLING FROM PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD GO TO PRISON FOR THIS.
