This co.'s h.r. dept. treats you like s***.  They really treat you like dirt.  When you interview with the district manager, you are considered lucky.  They expect you to warehouse their 30-50 boxes they UPS you, (for reset merchandising), in your house or garage.  They have you sign forms online (that you can't print) that you will not bad mouth them, that they can charge you for 'chargebacks' and do 'police reports' on you, etc.  When I called h.r. and asked for copies of what I signed, I was told to finish the 'onboarding process', that my district mgr. may have copies (never would give me his phone #, until after I was hired).  I never had a face-to-face interview!  If I had, I would have been happy to show my SS card/d.license. 

Asked h.r. if I signed a form that said I would not work for a competitors ('don't know').  They send you the forms (I-9) and their example shows you must get it notarized-took it to two banks-one a federal credit union.  Both told me that it's an IRS form, and the employer's responsibility to fill it out, and they had policies against it.  I sent it in, with a notarized form saying I was who I was, sans the 'employee' space filled out, and they told me it was 'incomplete' and 'you didn't do it right', etc.  They tell you to get a friend to fill out an "authorized rep" form and have them sign where their (Crossmark) employee is supposed to sign!!!!

I finally had someone sign it, they sent me an 'authorized agent' form.  By that time I had sent them copies of my SS card and driver's license, my bank acct. # (for direct deposit), etc.  That night my husband and I researched this co.  They have a terrible reputation and have lawsuits in several states.  I resigned the next morning and got 3 phone calls at home & 1 on my cellphone.  This co. is a one-way street.  They treat you like *#$* and lie to you-they told me such & such co. was excited about me (baloney), they lie.  I closed my bank account, the next day.  I also took their drug test and hope they don't try to collect on that one.  They are snakes in the grass.

Don't go to work for them!  They have the Labor Dept. after them.  BEWARE!  I think what they are doing is illegal.  I was sunk because I wanted to work p.t. and go to school.  I was too desperate and ignored the signs.  I am sooo glad I didn't go to work for them.  Read all the complaints online and run from them!  Be careful, they are very deceptive and mean!
