This company is a promise only and no action. They first state that you must be between 25 and 75 or not qualified I am 80 and fail to comply by threir own statdards and was never quesstioned if I had been. We would not be writing this scenario if I were.
We were induced to sign by deception "sign tonight and get a substantial discount" Which we find now that such was a scam and reducing price was their tactic.
They promised a cruise and air tickets which were never given and in the contract it states that vouchers would be given within 11 days it has been several days and no voucher. We called several times and received no answer emailed "phil.destinations.com" explained our situation was told we would hear from them and are still waiting.
This orginization took over 5+ thousand dollars from us and has given us nothing this is a breech of contract. They guaranteed lower rates than Expedia and other agencies but while they did not answer our inquiry for several days we called Expedia as well as others and received immediate reaponses and at prices that are probably as low as the 5+thousand dollar deal "La Bonne Vie" would offer if they would answer our inquiries.
This is material breech: one is not given what one bargained for...
1. Should never have been excepted by their own staandards
2. Cajoled into signing based on discount for signing then.
3. Once in receipt of the money, we were did not receive service but did get immediate service elsewhere - Expedia and other sources which cost us nothing.
4. We contracted to receive a 7 day curise for two within 7 to 11 days from date of contracting. We have received no vouchers. If nothing else this is a major breach and does allow us to vitiate the contraact rendering it null and void.
5. We have a complete packet of all the facts spelled out with exhibits. Would you like a packet? If so please render an address.
