I recently traveled on the Carnival Miracle which left from New York City on September 13, 2009 through September 21, 2009, with 63 of my family members and friends for my daughter's wedding.

1 - Some of my guest had several Severe Incidences with crew members/employees, 1) two extremely intoxicated employee pushed two of my guest the night club, 2) another drunk crew member/employee told my daughter to “SHUT THE F*** UP”.   3) Another crew member knocked my niece down who is 5 years old while she was carrying her food tray causing her to hit her head and kept on walking.   Several guests tried to stop the employee but he wouldn’t stop.

There is no excuse why a drunken Carnival employees/crew member should be able to fraternize with the guest. Let alone put their hands on them, speak to them in such offensive language or knock a child to the floor. Your Carnival Security staff had to drag the employee who did the pushing out of the club and tried to cover up the incidents.   When I asked about the incidents Security Joseph George said  “It is none of your business how we handle our crew”.

2 - I order my daughter’s wedding cake 2 months prior to cruising; when I went to go check on the status the cake it was not made.

I have never been so appalled, outraged, frustrated and embarrassed in all of my life.   Your staff was extremely arrogant , offensive, rude and uncooperative.   For the wedding cake incident, they had me go into my e-mail and show them that I ordered the cake and received a conformation.   I spoke with Peter Frendo, who not only said to me “we are making the cake now, so what’s the problem”.   As if he were doing me

a favor instead of doing what was supposed to be done.  

THESE ARE ONLY A FEW OF THE ISSUES WE HAD ON THE CARNIVAL MIRACLE.

Mr. Arison, shame on you for not taking care of issues with your guest.  YOU NEED TO READ YOUR ARTICLE IN (((link redacted))) contradiction of what really goes on. 

I sent 3 letters to Mr. Arison, top executives and board member and they didn't have the decency to respond to me.  The response letter were sent to me from customer service.  The last letter they said that that "my file" is now closed and there would be no compensation.  How dare they.  The didn't even take care of the issues.
