Imperial Majesty Cruise & Ramada Vacation How do I get a refund? Oak Hills California

I was given an opportunity for a Ft. Lauderdale vacation with Disneyland tickets, rental car, cruise and all for $298 each. Since there are 6 of us, I purchased 3 packages in full with a credit card. I specifically asked if I could cancel. The female representative said that in California, we can cancel and be refunded. I also asked before purchasing if my 2 year-old was included in the cruise kids club. She said "Yes, he can".

Iterestingly enough I went on their very own website and found this: "Ages for kids club is 3 - 12. NO babysitting service available on ship."

What?!!! Once I found this I researched more and found that she was dishonest with other questions. I called that night to my credit card company and told them of the dishonesty and that I didn't wish to authorize this. Of course, I have to dispute it. When I found the credit card charges on my statement, I was upset and called Ramada Vacation specialist, immediately. I said that I wished to cancel because the sales representative gave false information. She said that was not possible. I told her that the sales representative told me it was refundable before the vacation was booked. I never booked a vacation, and I actually sent the Vacation packages mailed to me back in the mail, unopened, "Return to Sender" the next day. Then the rep. says the only way to cancel was to send those packets back within 3 days of recieving them. I did, and when I told her this she fumbled around. I told her to get her manager and was told that he was unavailable. She said I should fax a receipt, which I don't have. Help!!!!
