First, they called and said that I won a cruise, then, they continued to say that I had to pay more money to actually recieve the cruise. Which makes no sence if I had won the package, in the first place.

I tried to say no, but they kept pushing. There was a time limit for me to change my mind upon recieving the package in the mail, but I didn't recieve it in time to make the deadline.

They dated the letter for June 18th, and also stated that I had 10 days after the date posted on the letter, but I didn't recieve it until the 30th.

When I attempted to express this error, to them that it was the postmail that affected my opportunity for a refund they wouldn't listen to reason or fairness to my predicament. I was denied for a refund.
