Director has repeated in Australia his exploit in the UK. Over AUD$32 million from consumers in a few years, and now insolvent. Administrator ,Worrells, reports director's claims,among other things, that :Club LaBourse, a name/entity not registered in Australia,is owned by overseas entity TAG SA; and, membership fees were paid to Club LaBourse Travel Pty Ltd (same director as Club LaBourse Oceania P/L).
Worrells has sold,for AUD $10 000, the website of Club LaBourse Oceania P/L to Club LaBourse Travel Pty Ltd which continues to trade.(UK Court reported that TAG SA ordered to be wound up late July '08, but associated company Club LaBourse allowed to continue.) Administrator reports "multiple unexplained payments ... to parties other than Club Labourse Travel Pty Ltd".

Website now reads "Club LaBourse International Holiday & Travel Club". Address given is 16/511 Olsen Avenue, Ashmore, Queensland 4214,i.e. same as Club LaBourse Travel Pty Ltd which bought the website from the administrators for $10 000 and has taken over from Club LaBourse Oceania Pty Ltd. Large sign outside the address states "Building for Lease Maximum Exposure 0403 381 444". Terms & Conditions on website determined by TAG SA. Administrator of Club LaBourse Oceania Pty Ltd a bit puzzled about over AUD $11 million taken from bank account before its appointment. Money went to director (that'd be Brian Leslie Wates ?), Club LaBourse Travel Pty Ltd and two other entities.
