Sometime in May 2011 my girlfriend and I received a letter from PO Box 20389 West Palm Beach, FL
33416. It stated that we would receive a 8 Day/7-Night Cruise for 2. To claim this special offer we had to call 1-877-625-6234. We called the number and were told to redeem the special offer we has to
go to a sales pitch presented by DreamScape Travel Services LLC 772-577-5822. We went to their presentation and were presented with a voucher for the cruise that we had to mail back to them. They said that we will receive the cruise tickets within 4 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks since we mailed back the voucher and we have received nothing. I have made several attempts to call DreamScape Travel Services LLC and have gotten no where. When trying to contact their customer service all you can do is leave a message. I feel sorry for the people who actually spent thousands on their so called vacation deals.

RSI - Reservation Services International (877) 625-6234 was hired by DreamsScape Travel Services LLC to monitor their phones. Trying to get information through them is pointless. I have also learned that there are various different company names with Dream Scape in the company title. I suspect they are all the same questionable company.
