I paid Margaret Vail Anderson who calls herself "librarian" to review my work and list it. She maintains libraries like http://www.digital-librarian.com . She took $1500 but then denied she ever takes money from anyone. Later she asked for more, if I wanted to be listed. After I told her I would expose her, she started making all kind of threats and how she is connected to all libraries around the country.
