Allied Commerical Roofing was running two business from New Jersey and one from New Jersey. None of their business were registered with their county's business registration and did not have an EIN number.
The owner Michael Mitchell, also uses aliases Mike Urich, Jimmy Urich, and Michael Urich. In November, 2009 this company and Michael Mitchell using the alias Michae Urich pursuaded and convinced my 68 year mom to pay them $1600 to replace a roof. My mother paid them and several days later, the leaked persisted.
I tried contacting the company more than 1,000 until they changed their phone numbers. After investigating this company for three months I found that these company had more than 30 complaints against them and were considered gypsies that moved from state to state ripping off customers.
I finally found them in Dallas, TX. They have opened a business using the same name of Allied Commercial Roofing and the business is registered under Michael Mitchell's legal name.
I filed a theft case (S2020-81)in Haddon Township Police Department on April 14, 2010 at 6:00 pm. He may not show up but he will get a warrant for his arrest. You are invited to the hearing.

I urge you to contact your county's police department to file a theft / fraud case. You must be persistant because I had too. Please refer to my case in Haddon Township S2010-81 to try to convince the detective these people are thieves.
As of today, they have over 30 complaints against them in Camden, New Brunswick, and New Jersey and they are still getting away with ripping people off.
I also recommend that you contact Steve Hirschbuhl at 856-374-6002. He works for the Camden County Consumer Protection and may be of assistance to you.
I suggest that you on a daily basis continue to contact Allied Commercial Roofing and demand a refund. You are not the only one they stole money from and I will continue my plight until I get my refund.
