Classmates.com charged my bank account a $39.00 renewal fee without my authorization or prior notice. I contacted them as it does not expire till tomorrow, and did not wish to renew. They would not give me additional info, and said there was no-one I could talk to to reverse charge, as once they billed account nothing could be done.  Although my credit card on file had expired, they more than likely figured out typical renewal periods and used that date to get approval.

Upon receipt of a Better Business Bureau complaint, the company refunded my payment in full.
