We are currently stranded in a snow storm in Midway Uah trying to get to highway 80 and then to the Salt Lake airport. Our Dollar rental car, a Kia Forte, can't get up the hill. When we called Dollar at the airport, a woman named Leslie told us it was our fault we didn't rent a 4-wheel drive. "We always tell people who are heading into the mountains to rent 4-wheel drives. It's not our problem you didn't listen!" They never mentioned a 4-wheel drive btw. Leslie went on to say it would cost us at least $250 for a tow and they could give us a number to call! We are hoping a triple A tow truck will show up soon because we've now been plowed into a snow bank and almost struck by several semi trucks. Our 6-year old is terrified. Thanks Leslie and Dollar Rent a Car for not caring one bit and in fact blaming us for this dire predicament. Unreal. I hope we don't die.

So you are CURRENTLY stuck in a Snow Bank, you have almost been struck by several Semi Trucks, your 6 Year old is terrified, and you are hoping you don't die. Yet with all of that you had time to go onto the Internet and post a RipOff report.
Hmmm...Of course we hope you don't die..but one does have to think that you are exaggerating your situation just a bit.
By the way it IS your fault. You are the one driving and it is YOUR responsibility to understand the driving conditions you may encounter. If you were driving in Snow/Ice/Mud you are the one who has to confirm if the vehicle you are in is appropriate for the conditions.
