HSN Aka Home Shopping Netword HSN treats customers like dirt Clearwater Florida

After ordering Omaha Steaks via HSN & then not rec'g in a timely manner, I spoke w/UPS to track it; they advised me there were a number of things improper w/how the shipment was initiated, and it was not likely it would be delv'd intact/still cold (this was Raw Meat). Sure enough, that was the case: Dry ice evaportated, barely was size of a Small ice cube upon delivery.. I called HSN "Customer Service" (I use the term Loosely) & requested a supervisor (only to ensure resolution); I was connected to a 'Joel', who proceeded to blatantly state he fully believed I had rec'd the order frozen, which he reiterated several times(!)

To say the very least, I was shocked & highly offended, & asked for His boss' name; Joel informed me he didn't report to anyone. I had to inquire 4x for him to Finally choke out a name (I knew very well I wasn't speaking to any CEO, & he did have a boss). I asked to speak to the person, then Joel stated he could provide me a ph# that would be his boss' direct voicemail -- it turned out to Not be the case. I called HSN again, spoke to another supe; I was weakly apologized to, & assured a credit..

Upshot: While I may (ultimately, after having to insist on it) been promised a refund, I was subjected to essentially being accussed of Lying! & furthermore, being Lied to, by an Extremely Obnoxious, Rude & Offensive person. As this is how HSN treats it's customers, let alone by a 'supervisor', I will Never buy from them again; and I strongly suggest all other consumers consider not doing so as well. Home Shopping Network should be ashamed of themselves; Good Riddance
