INSTANT TAX SERVICE FRAUD AND RIP OFF BELLWOOD, Illinois

I filed went to Instant Tax service to file my taxes on 1/13/12. I was told my return before their fees would be $4746 and after their fees I would receive $4458.00. I was also told my refund would be deposited into my account on 1/28/12.

I went on the IRS website to check on my refund only to find the information I was given was incorrect. I called the IRS and was told the total dollar amount I was to receive was $5094. Instantly I was upset because that meant Instant tax was charging me $636 to file my taxes. I took off of work to go into the office on 2/1/12. When I got there, there were 5 other customers there complaining about the same issue. I asked for a copy of my tax return and was told they could not give it to me. The lady who did it was Myisha. She showed me a paper with their fees on it and a signature that was not mine.

On the paper it showed that the IRS approved me for $5094 and that I agreed to pay Instant tax $636. When I told Myisha this was not my signature, she told me I was a liar and that if I wanted they would cancel my return. I asked for something in writing that she was canceling it. She denied me of that and said I would have to take her word. I called the IRS and they stated that there was no way to cancel the return. I have filed a complaint with the BBB against this place. It is a complete JOKE and all they do is steal from hard working people.
