JPMorgan / Chase Manhattan / Chase Home Finance Modification that never ends since Nov.2008-July 2009, False Info to credit bureau, reported lateness that didn't happen San Diego California

I applied for a modification on my loan of l975.95, I am widow and since all my six children was getting grown, my income from SSA and Child subsidy was dwindling as they grew up I needed help, to get a reasonable mortgage rate I could handle

October 2008 JPMorgan agreed, sent papers, signed papers sent them back with money order as requested with november's payment $1,449.60 per stip
all set I thought. I have been getting nothing but trouble ever since. They took my personal check for a while then all of a sudden I needed certified checks, I was told I could pay at local branch get there order won't go through, customer service gets 5 dropped calls before he get someone who can help me, he is told I was in forclosure, I have not missed a payment since I've the account 2006, got credit report has all kinds of dates I was suppose to be behind when they were holding my checks in an accound at their office because they had not been put in the compuiter at their office but they was cashing them every month, and reporting me late.

I am hoping next August it will be straight but I have had that hope for the pass 8 months
