kingsdown Bedding boxspings replacement Mebane, North Carolina

I purchased a Kings down mattress and box springs from Mattress Giant in 2009, it is now 2011 and the box srings make a loud noise upon siting, sleepy and getting off
i called the store i purchased them from, Mattress Giant..They told me that they do not with Kings Down, and that i would have to deal with them directly.erviser who said she would take care of the matter, and she has done nothing
I called Kings Down and spoke with Becky in customer service.She said she would arrange to send 2 new box springs and never made mention that they would not remove the old one.

 When the new ones arrived , one was ripped, but the delievery man said he could not remove the old ones, and so did the trucking manager and so did Becky.To my misfortune one of the products was ripped so they were returned.
When i told this to Becky she said she would send again 2 new box springs but i would have to pay $65.00 to remove old ones..I gave her my charge card and she continued the new order
Thinking about this stupid situation i decided to cancel the new delivery, called Becky and asked for a charge refund
As of today, 12/27/11 i have not received a refund and spoke with a superviser who said she would resolve the matter, but she has not done a thing

 Now, 12/27/11, i am told that there is nobody there to do anything until 1/3/12
this is awful customer service and i amm getting the run around and very aggravated, and i am still without $65.00
I need help with this matter
