Larson Storm Doors Lowes NO Customer service at all !!!! Internet

Purchased retractable screen storm door at Lowes and they installed it. The screen is very hard to open and now frayed on the right side. Checked with Lowes and unit is under warranty.

I tried to call Customer service .... That is a JOKE... all service reps are busy all day. They try to put you in an automated troubleshooting system then disconnect. Urg

The on line form is way to complex to fill out. All you should need is the serial number that is on the inside of door frame.

After reading other reports I know I will never be able to get this fixed unless I purchase another screen repair kit

I will NEVER buy another Larson door and will tell everyone I know including complaining to Lowes in the hopes they drop this manufacturer from their stock.
