i have purchased a long travel kit for my rhino from longtravelrhino.com about a year ago and i have broken parts on my behalf and parts has been broken due to poor quality on there part. everytime when i tried to get in contact with the owner (Brian), to get these parts warrant out. he is so quickley disclaiming that it is not his fault. beside the point, even if you offer to buy it from him you cant even get replacements. he'll just blows you off and tell you he would check on inventory and get back with you which he never does.

Longtravelrhino.com is a poor quality company. if anyone out there are looking for a good longtravel.com kit for your utv dont buy it from Longtravelrhino.com. they will sell you the products and walk away, you will never be able to get the parts you need unless you take it off and salvage it and go with a someone elses that is a well known company,. no wonder a company called Rhinocrap.com which is now change there name to UTVcrap.com dont even sell Longtravelrhino.com longtravelrhino.com kits anymore. they got tired of there poor customer service.

each and everytime i break something, i ended up spending more money on getting it custom made to replace longtravelrhino.com parts to get my rhino utv back on the track. longtravelrhino.com axles that he made him self sucks! they break all the time,. your stock axle is much more stronger. id rather have gearone make you some rather than going back to longtravelrhino.com to buy it from him, 1 you will never be happy, 2 you will never get it, 3 its poor quality.
