When it come to customer service to magic-jack or any other companies don't brother calling just drop them a letter and when it come to your money stop bankcard process by getting a new bank     card they will not have assess to your bank account. Magic-jack try to tap into my account today but the bank denied them because bankcard  has been deactivated.   That the only way that you can beat the companies like that  of any kind.   If you use a bankcard get a new  after the product has posted. so that no companies will not go back into your checking account.
