Neopets Do Not do bussiness With Neopets They Will Rip You Off! California Internet

Warning do not do bussiness with Neopets, they will rip you off. Neopets does not up hold the contract or promises that they themselves have given to its customers.

My account with Neopets was frozen through no fault of my own and was told by one of the modoraters that yes my account could be re-activated but after receiving that e-mail i was ignored for 2 years straight by Neopets no matter how i tried to contact them.

I sent them e-mails during the 2 years of silence, i wrote them letters and yet i was still ignored, i sent a BBB report to which i recived one e-mail saying where is proof that Neopets said your account would be returned, to which i mailed them copies of the e-mails i still had and was currently ignored again.

Once i finally got ahold of a moderator again and sent them all the information i had on re-activating my account, i was told i had left it too late and that there records to look into the "problem" had been cleared from there servers!

Do you mind telling me how it is my fault that "I" waited too long to get my account back when i e-mailed, sent letters, filed BBB reports almost weekly for 2 years and was ignored constantly by them on every sinlge piece of correspondance?

Typical neopets, blaming the customer for Neopets wrong doing, if they excepted that they were in the wrong just once it would be a miricale. Its always your fault and never theres!

If you have a preumim account with Neopets, good luck on trying to cancel that too, you will have a fight on your hands to stop payment to your credit card!
