oregon child support deadbeat dads roseburg, Oregon

I am a parent of three children, now that they are over 18, and the deadbeat dad Larry Hill, who resides in winston oregon who owns a antique mall owes me over 19 thousdand dollars, does not want to pay me one penny, but, he sure will support his son from a teen girl that who has been covicted as a child molester and a rapist. my kids could still use the money, why does oregon do nothing to the dead beat parent who refuses to pay. and he gets away with owing tons of money, the support office tells me, i can wait until he get social security, fooey on that, why he makes tons of money, and wont pay the court order of 685.00.......... larry hill spawns off kids, and wont pay for any of them. he is a creep and an butthole. this man is a total deadbeat, he had three other kids before me, i knew nothing about, and they were from girls, when i say girls he was 26 at the time had three kids with girls who were 16, and all three are born the same year.... then i had three, while we were together he cheated and had another one....this man needs to go to jail, in other states he would go to jail, but oregon, papmers the deadbeat parents.... we need to stop this....
