my son purchased a $100.00 gift card for a fathers day gift, they apparently have a policy that they expire in 1 year. this information is not on their web site under policies or even when you go to purchase one online.only after turning the card over do you see the fine print under the embossing.forget about calling and talking to the owner MIKE he does not even answer the call with a greeting he was continually rude and obnoxious. didn't really want to speak with me, he did offer either $25 or $50 off a purchase if it was a couple of hundred dollars and again because i was not a regular customer. and just like answering with no greeting he hung up. after reading other complaints about POST MARINE SUPPLY and the owner don't think i would chance going in there, if the owner is like this think what the employees sound like. sad to think he just made $100 off a kid that he does not have to report to uncle sam.

Post Marine Gift Card Reinstatement

Gift card was expired for 2 years, after careful evaulation, and no way to get in touch with the customer, our orignal offer of $50 dollars, which at the time was more than fair, was reinstated to the orignal $100 dollars but the customer was not able to be contacted. We will gladly honor the orignal gift card value of $100 dollars even though it had been expired for 2 years. They would have to contact Mike at Post Marine Supply. Sorry for any inconvience
