I was a customer of Rhea Baker with State Farm in Vienna, VA. She was very nice in getting me to become a customer of hers. I never heard from her once I signed on which was fine. But one day I had a car accident and needed to make a claim. Since she was my agent I wanted to call her for advice. She didn't return my calls and when I finally blocked my number to get her on the line she acted extremely busy and very rudely said to me "You need to call the toll free claim number, I don't f--king deal with claims!" and then she hung up. I suppose I should have known that they would be the ultimate ones to deal with it but I couldn't believe the way a State Farm agent would treat one of their clients. I will never do business with State Farm again because of Rhea Baker.

The greedy insurance companies are at it again. I know have to pay $885 for my home insurance, because the greedy "A**holes" at state farm are making me pay for the weather victims. Why should i have to help pay the weather victims claim. When state farm refuses to help me. My home loan payment is know $738.
I can't even get a home loan modification because of the higher insurance payment. I really "HATE" state farm they deny me help while i'm being force to help pay weather claims for their homes being destroyed. Its not my "Fault" weather happens. Insurance companies get away with "Screwing" us & stealing from us blindly. They are raising my insurance payment to get richer. So they can put their false t.v. commericals on t.v.
Its all about treating us wrong.
