I will never order from Tefelora again! I ordered flowers for my g/f for Valentine's Day. Her job closes at 5:00pm, I started to call at 2pm to confirm delivery but wasn't able to get through. I finally called again around 4:10 and after a 45 min hold, I was told there was no longer a guarantee... WTF (no offense), but if there was no more room for delivery why would they not updated the website a just say so!! So now i "careless" about it... and only offer 20% off next order?? Get real, I'm never (ever) ordering from them again, I don't care if it's Free!!
