A total ripoff.  Looks like a legitimate company and/or affiliated with the U.S. Postal Service.  It is not.  Will not return any calls.  Claims you can reach someone 24 hours a day or they will return your call in one business day.  They did not return emails or phone calls.

They were shut down by the USPS.

AUTHOR: Robert - Buffalo (USA)

They're gone!  The website is closed.

You should call your credit card company and initiate a charge back against them.

There is a news story about them being shut down here:  http://www2.wspa.com/business/2011/apr/08/us-postal-service-warns-about-change-address-websi-ar-1691498/
