Vanguard Security, events, concerts, costumer service Hollywood California

Vanguard held an event which was sold out. They advertised absolutely no waiting in line before 10:00 PM. I arrived at 9:30 sharp. The line to get in was filled with more than 300 people, whom been in line waiting to get in for an average of 1 to 2 hours. I stayed in line till 12:30, and we had not moved at all. They refused to refund the tickets, and did not let people in to see the event.
The security is a bunch of chumps who think they are tough guys. The servers in the club are ugly women with confidence problems. The drinks are VERY expensive, and the management is absolutely careless of the costumers concerns. This club is one of the worst clubs in Hollywood. I do not recommend anyone going here. You will have a better time ANYWHERE else you go.
