I met Justin Milner on Match.com early June 2011, in late July he was going to send me a package delivered by Benjamin Owusu from Ghana. Justin was stationed in Kabul, and planning on retiring the first week of August. Benjamin was unable to leave Ghana with the package saying customs had a fee. Justin asked for help until he was able to travel to the US. Justin traveled to Accra to pick up the package and travel to the US, customs did not allow until fees were paid, his passport was detained at customs and a fight between Justin and customs developed. He sustained injuries on his arm and needed medical attention. He asked for financial assistance for medical care and to help pay some of the custom fees. His friend Benjamin was helping Justin take care of matters and his medical care. Benjamin claims customs is requesting payment for the balance before passport/pkg is released to Justin.

Ghana = West Africa
West Africa = SCAM
You were never dealing with a soldier stationed in Afganistan. You were dealing with a scam artist in West Africa.
My guess is that "Justin Milner" really doesn't exist or, if he does, he is unware that someone is using his name to run a scam.
Sorry.
