I am Ishah, the Client Relations Manager with Dream-Marriage.com. We have investigated the issue and there are quite a few topics that need to be addressed. Firstly, I have come across another similar accusation concerning one of our lady members. When investigating the occurrence, her photos were stolen from our site and placed on an American site, much like the situation that has occurred with Veronika. The American escort site gave our lady member a fake name and an American address. We contacted our lady member regarding the issue, and were able to call her at her Ukrainian phone number, proving the lady member was currently in Ukraine and physically unable to perform the services made available by the American escort site. The lady member also denied that she had used her photos at the American site (which is believable, because she did not speak English well enough to have done so).

As well, we launched an investigation once we learned about the incidence with Veronika's profile. Additionally, we contacted Veronika and were able to confirm her identity. We were able to confirm that Veronika lives in Ukraine (had she not have lived in Ukraine, we would not have been able to contact her at her phone number). Furthermore, Veronika was able to provide proof that she was in the Ukraine this summer which is the time this report had been published by the client. Lastly, we have a copy of Veronika's passport which confirms her name, age and address.

Veronika also confirmed that she did NOT create a profile with the American site. Moreover, please be advised that as indicated in Veronika's profile on our site, she has very basic English speaking skills, therefore, she wouldn't have been able to create a profile in English on an American site. For these reasons, it is obvious that her pictures and information were stolen and used fraudulently on another site. Unfortunately, because the profiles of our lady members are made available for the public to view, there is only so much we can do to prevent this from occurring.

Moreover, the client had the ability to verify for himself whether or not Veronika was a legitimate member before publishing this report on Rip Off Report. Had he have used the features available on our site, including Chat and Live Video, before contacting Rip Off Report, he would have also been able to confirm Veronika's identity and location. Had the client have have contacted our Customer Service department before contacting Rip Off Report, we would have been happy to investigate and resolve this issue quickly and effectively.

The client never did contact our Customer Service department regarding his concerns. He also remained a member of our site 5 months after publishing this report. He spent thousands of dollars using our services and communicating with our lady members after publishing this report. This is sufficient evidence concluding that this was a misunderstanding. Evidently, even the client realized that this was a misunderstanding.
