eLove Dating Services PAID $2,000 for dating services that were never received. Internet, Michigan

I originally intended to join a dating service called eLOVE.  After the initial appointment which included a $1,000 deposit I attempted to cancel the bogus contract. (before the standard 48 hour waiting period) I did not meet 1 person and did not finalize the information gathering portion of the service.  They proceeded to take an additional $266.00 per month for 4 months knowing the contract was not finalized and that I had every intention of cancelling the contract.

I paid over $2,000 for dating services that were NEVER received and after several attempts to get restoration of the monies already paid they stated the contract was signed and noted that I still own an additional $1,600 dollars regardless if any service was provided or NOT.

I would like to get some legal representation on this issue but would love to have some feedback to validate that other people have dealt with the same issue from these crooks.
