This client had 1 date. Please lets get real people, you can't find the perfect prince charming or barbie on the first match. It's a process, it takes time to get to know the clients and for the clients to get to know the process. If the office is not returning phone calls then that's one thing, but you can't judge the service and complain about the expense if you are only willing to give it one shot. As for me, I had 18 dates through them before I literally told them to stop calling me before the contract was up - for reasons I state in my complaint I have posted on this site. I had given tons of detailed feedback and called in with it religiously after every single date in the hopes that it would improve my experience.

And I still felt even quite far into things that still, after all that time and feedback, that some dates were still shots in the dark. The fact is these people have no proper credentials in match-making whatsoever, or necessarily any competence. If you think about it, the value proposition is pretty thin, since a "date" occurs whenever they arrange for you to get seated in a restaurant with another warm body. I've had much better experiences with online services, even though they don't guarantee any dates at all, and they are MUCH cheaper.
