Firstly, $41 is not a lot to spend on a meal, especially with a date.  Where have you been going on dates lately, taco bell?

Second, if she were unappealing, why would her date bring her to an "expensive" restaurant?  Why not just bail?  She must have some appeal.

This bum can defend herself, first of all, and she is being made aware of this blog.  However, just to repond briefly to your drivel -- $41.00 was HER meal and that is a lot.  Sounds like you are a typical "someone else is paying for it so that is not a lot of money" loser.  Maybe you like spending that kind of change on a meal while dating -- no wait -- forgot -- you are chick so you just take and do not spend.  And don't gimme that "I pay my fair share" nonsense.  No one will believe you.

your money . He has a scam going with the building in downtown Colorado Springs with 3 units 27, 25 and 23 North Corona Street. He tells people through Craigslist that for cheap rent often between 200 and 250 a month for the first 3 you can live in his unit with the return of 90 hours of

work

on the building in the 3 months of cheap rent. Then, the rent will go up to 400 to 450, still not bad, and the utilities are all prorated seeings as the building is over 100 years old and there is only one meter on the building so you will receive a monthly invoice telling you what you owe for rent, water and gas. Keep in mind the only thing run by gas is the heat and your gas can run 20 to 80 dollars for a 576 square foot apartment when you are not allowed to turn your

thermostat

above 70 degrees because it would be unfair to your neighbors to pay your gas bill. That makes sense, the resulting gas bill does not. Also, he never lets you see the original bill. If you manage to make it more than a month in your unit without being illegally evicted you will start to notice how often he moves people in and out of the two units next to you. He will say things about them such as they are sex offenders, drug users, dealers, thieves, bullies; he calls the police on a regular basis and they know him well along with the court

system . Randy used to be a lawyer until he was exposed for lying and embezzling from his clients. His license was then suspended and now he likes to tell people he was suspended when in fact the state just denies his claims for reinstatement because it's free where as to disbar him would cost

My husband and I are currently being sued for 15,000 by Randy for a number of things including stalking, the intention to ruin his business and to dissuade his business, destruction of property, and a number of other things. I have never been to Randy's

but he on the other hand sent a man to my front door to serve me these papers and another man to peer into my window in order to coax me to go outside and talk to him to get evidence for the case he is now trying to hold against me. The man came and peered into my living room window and when my husband told him he had the wrong house the man said "oh, it must be these houses across the street here" then proceeded to go sit on our vehicle for 2 hours. Randy uses a number of tactics to get his way. He hides under the

in the crawlspace to listen to conversations in order to know what you are doing. He uses intimidation to get his way by putting 3 day notices on your door making you believe you are being evicted when nothing of the sort is happening. He will even threaten to call CPS if you have children to make you do what he wants you to do. I hope anyone who reads this takes me and everyone else who have taken the time to write about Randy seriously. We are not crazy, we paid our rent, and we are all taking him to court some together and some separately but the outcome will be the same. This is way funny.  I looked the guy up.  He says that junk lke that and your posting it happens to him sometimes.  He thought it was funny.  You probably used his old phone number and boy did you goof.  Changed his phone number a while back because he got phone calls for another person a lot and never had a company by that name so you dragged a company along.  Checked his story and there is a corporation by that name and it has no connection to him at all.  The people who put that on the web lost in court he says and they didn't even get to put on a witness.  He says the stuff is way old anyway and the court said it was false.  He thinks it is funny that you got someone's company involved AND the real funny thing is that every time someone googles him now they find your friend so she is now even more exposed since this guy takes her along when he gets googled.  Nice going.  Remember never to help me or my friends.

I looked the guy up that you named.  He thought it was funny.  Wrong guy.  Not him, not his company but there is a company a corporation in this area with the same name.  He says those people who wrote that lost in court, the judge threw them out without a single witness, and life goes on.  He gets harassed because he is in business.  Problem is that you named the wrong guy, AND now your girlfriend is attached to that guy permanently when someone googles him.  Nice going.  Dumb move.  Now she is really out there in the web.  Before she was out of the way.  Don't do anyone any favors when you don't think through it.  Jesus you people are weird.
