I would like to explain in more detailed information and  provide my rebuttal of this claim. The "Love Lab" has thousands of clients Nationwide. The clients that are visible are only a fraction of the total number of its participants. Not all of our clients have chosen to have their profiles visible however, still have the ability to access, send and respond to other member messages. I under no circumstance believe that Mr. Steven ward would ever tell a client that "he has not given them a second thought" The essay that was requested was in order to gather personal information that was not provided in this potential clients dialogue with Steven. Income of family members or loved one's is inconsequential and irrelevant in regards to the matching process and membership to our company. Furthermore, I do not believe this question was asked or is being misrepresented and taken out of context, if it had. With regard this complainants belief, that there is an unchaste relationship between mother and son is incomprehensible, bordering on slander and quite perverted with regard to this inference.
