We have over twenty thousand paying members. Those accusations are unwarranted. Once again, if you have an issue I urge you to contact us legal at sexinyourcity dot com

SexinYourCity is indeed a scam. There are numerous complaints documenting the misleading nature of this site. Further, its "affiliate" program promotes spam operations. I have filed numerous complaints concerning spam from affiliates of SexInYourCity with no response and am now in the process of requesting federal prosecution and shutdowns of the domains and hosting facilities.

Sexinyourcity is NOT trustworthy.  I signed up for $34.95, for a short-term membership.  As soon as I signed up, I was chareged $119.95.  I enquired why I was overcharged by about $85, and was told I had signed up for a yearly membership.  I asked how this was possible, seeing as the site did not advertise a yearly membership for $119.95 (only $99.95).

In the ensuing replies from the billing team, I was told variously that the membership jumped as soon as I signed up, or that it was $119.95 all along (I have a hard-copy of the membership fees page printed off with the $99.95 price).  The story kept changing back and forth, depending who replied (I even got a cut-and-paste reply from them a few times), that is was $119.95 all along, or it had jumped as soon as I signed up.

Instead of refunding my money (they claimed it was impossible to do so), they offered me memberships to other sites as compensation. The price did eventually drop to $99.95, two or three weeks after my complaint.

I pointed out these inconsistencies, and kept copies of their replies.  Since their stories changed radically, and they refused to refund my money, I reported them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (partnered with the FBI).

I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS FRAUDELENT SITE REPORT IT TO THE ICCC OR ANY OTHER AUTHORITIES.
