I, too, have complaints against this dating website. I was a paid member in good standing for several months. On the last few occasions I was on the website, I tried to send an email to a female member I was interested in. When I tried to send her an email message, I kept getting directed to a promotions page, asking me to upgrade my membership. Since I already had a paying membership, I did not want to upgrade. I then sent them an email asking how I could send an email to this member because I kept getting sent to a promo upgrade page. No response. The next day I tried the same thing again and got the same. Got sent to the promo upgrade page. Fired off the same letter to Singlesnet and this time got a response. Their response was "Your account has been cancelled." Very poor customer service. Avoid them.
