Singlesnet doesn't honor 100% money back guarantee ripoff Needham Massachusetts

I got an email to join SINGLESNET.COM and when i looked through it, you couldn't really see the full profiles until you signed up. well, i did, paid the $24.95 through PAYPAL.

Looking through the files, they were all ugly and not worth the time, so I had stopped the MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS PAYMENT with PAYPAL, and emailed for my 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 2 DAYS LATER! they emailed me back to call so i did ( (617) 301-6210 ). I requested for a refund and the girl was so sweet, and she had said she filed for my refund and it should come in within 7 days. (dec. 28 -called)

After 2 1/2 weeks, I still didnt get any money back in my PAYPAL ACCT. so i called back and the girl was so rude - acting like i was stupid - i had told her, i already asked for my refund but never got it within the 7 days and i was really patient about it. SHE had said, my file says i was issued a refund already, and i had to get it through PAYPAL and that my acct was cancelled. so i called paypal right away - and they said there was no refund issued from them.

I thought i had to wait again, and i called back after a week and the GUY who had answered, told me he couldn't do anything about it because there was no refund request. I asked to talk to the manager - he gave it to SARAH - well, not only was she rude, she said, there was no phone calls from me! thats when i got mad and i told her, i don't know who i talked to and the cancellation confirmation number was never emailed to me. after that, she hung up on me because THERE IS NO BUSINESS OF THE PHONE CALL ANYMORE BECAUSE THE 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS OVER. i kept calling, and they kept putting me on hold for up to 15 mins and when they know its me, they automatically hang up. YES, I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED THEY HAD MY MONEY AND THEY STILL SEND ME THOSE MESSAGES when supposedly my acct was cancelled.

I have proof - my phonebill shows their number on dec. 28 and apparently they suck so bad - their site is filled with pedofiles and geek whores!

i so don't recommend them to anyone, if anything - i post it everywhere not to sign up for it cause it is not worth the money!
