Boy I wish I had checked here before paying this company thousands of dollars to match me! I foolishly thought that paying a "traditional matchmaking service" some "real" money to match me might actually yield better results than meeting people by chance an online. I could not have been more wrong. There are several other reports about this company on this site and I strongly advise anyone thinking about using this service to read them before signing up. You will get nothing but frustration for your hard earned dollars. Worse, the Right One (TRO) will try to make you feel like you are being unreasonable simply because you don't want to accept whatever they throw at you. I met with the sales rep Stacy for over an hour during most of which I carefully and thoroughly explained to her why I had certain criteria and why, based on past experiences, certain of my criteria were non-negotiable. Stacy pretended to understand and assured me that I could be matched despite that. The very next day I was contacted by a matchmaker who completely disregarded the criteria. Stacy explained this was because the matchmaker was not part of the conversation and was not aware that I had these criteria despite same being explicitly stated on my profile.

Over the next several months, I received call after call from various matchmakers all telling me that if I would not be flexible about the very criteria that I expressly said were non-negotiable when I signed up, that I could not be matched. I protested and explained that I had had a long conversation with Stacy about that very thing and no one listened. I tried the BBB but TRO just lied and told the BBB that they had explained to me that I might not get matched based on my criteria and the BBB believed them (as if I would have actually paid money knowing I might not get anything for it). Finally after 9 months, TRO matched me with a man who never called me and did not return my calls. I was stunned and horrified to see on the news a couple weeks later that this person had been arrested for first degree murder. As a result of that, I finally got a 50% refund but that was hardly enough to make up for all of the aggravation I suffered at the hands of Stacy, Delores and the other con artists at this company.

Don't waste your money. I guarantee you will have better luck with internet dating for a lot less money. TRO has some really negative stories to tell about the internet but at least the computers on those sites match the criteria you actually list whereas TRO ignores your criteria and tells you to be flexible. Flexible is really code for "take whoever and whatever they can find." If you really want to blow $2,000-$4,000 on any random person TRO can dig up, you would be much better served spending your money at a bar every Friday and Saturday night for a year. You'll probably have better luck and at least get food and beverages for your money.
